Cinnamon is very sweet on its own. It won't do to completely replace sugar with cinnamon in a cake or cookie recipe, but use it instead of sugar to sweeten your bowl of oatmeal or cup of tea. (The powdered spice won't stir into your tea, so steep it with a stick of cinnamon along with teabag or leaves.)

It all makes sense except for two:
Potato flakes and marshmallow fluff are both high processed foods.
Potato flakes are high in sulfates which are not good for anybody with a breathing disorder such as asthma
Marshmallow fluff is all chemicals.
How much of the Chia seeds does one use for each egg?
