We all know we should be drinking water. I am trying really hard to drink more water. I bought a 32 oz water bottle and challenge myself to drink 4 of those a day. Yes, I am constantly having to use the bathroom! Some days are more difficult then others. Some days I have to add a little Crystal Light or lemon, but let me tell you...
